We work with professionals and junior associates (young people aged 18 - 25 ) to draw from a collective pool of skills and experience to design, deliver and review youth programmes. We are a team that gets things done - we enjoy our work and we love to HUDL with new people and organisations.
KEJI OKEOWO
Director
Keji specialises in youth engagement and programme design; she combines her knowledge of the youth sector and coaching as well as her personal brand of creativity to design and deliver experiential programmes and training for clients and young people.
SHANAZ BEGUM
Director
Shanaz is an experienced youth and community engagement consultant dedicated to advocating the needs of young people. With her fun and original approach to outreach and engagement, she brings together community stakeholders to co-design new programmes, community spaces and deliver consultations.

Yokeu is passionate in bringing out the very best in young people. Specialising in project management and stakeholder engagement, Yokeu is committed to galvanising and empowering organisations and young people alike to create positive impact within and beyond their eco-systems.
ISABELLE KING
Director
Isabelle has over 30 years of experience at an operational and strategic level in capacity building, organisational learning and development within the youth sector. Isabelle is a notable leader in Safeguarding and current Chair of the National Safeguarding Youth Forum.
FLOREE ZAMA-NEAGRA
Senior Associate
Floree has over 10 years’ experience working with purpose-led organisations to accelerate social and environmental change. Her interest lies in innovation tools and systems change methodologies that tackles complex problems through her interdisciplinary specialism in coaching, action learning and co-production.
BUSAYO ABIDAKUN
Associate
Busayo is an employability trainer with a rooted understanding of service design and social innovation practices.
He’s passionate about ending race inequality and empowering BAME communities find opportunities to work in jobs where they can make a positive difference in society.
ARI JOHNSON
Senior Associate
Ari specialises in educational programmes and training. He works with ‘excluded’ children and young people supporting them to reach their potential.
As an experienced programme manager, Ari delivers nationally and internationally for organisations such as Fight for Peace and London Youth.

Chloe Donovan is an experienced facilitator and advocate for social action and youth governance initiatives.
She is a passionate believer for the need to increase younger people’s engagement with their communities, the journey of food production and environmental social action
